Industries

Who it works for
  • Coffee & lunch bars
Quick keys and one-tap modifiers keep the morning rush moving while pickup orders arrive through the web menu.
  • Bakeries & sandwich shops
Pre-orders for pickup and counter sales share one stock, so sold-out items disappear from the online menu immediately.
  • Snack bars & friteries
A self-service kiosk and a kitchen display with station filters absorb the evening peak without extra counter staff.
  • Restaurants with table service
A floor plan of the room, tabs per table and table-side ordering on staff tablets keep service and kitchen aligned.
  • Takeaway & delivery kitchens
Orders from Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Takeaway.com arrive next to the own web shop, on the same kitchen screen.
  • Multi-location food chains
Each location keeps its own stock, storefront and staff roles, while management reports across all locations.

Use cases

Example scenarios
01 · Coffee & lunch bars

Counter and pickup orders in one queue during the morning rush

Challenge
Pickup orders came in on a separate tablet while the till handled the counter, so baristas worked from two screens and online orders were regularly missed.
Approach
The counter uses quick keys for the best-selling drinks and one-tap modifiers such as oat milk. Customers order ahead on a mobile menu with drink or side suggestions, and every order appears on the kitchen display in the order it was paid.
Result
The team works from one queue, and pickup orders no longer get lost next to the till.
02 · Snack bars & friteries

A self-service kiosk for the Friday evening peak

Challenge
On busy evenings the queue ran out of the door because one person took orders and payments while the fryer and grill waited for paper tickets.
Approach
A touch-optimised kiosk lets guests order and pay by card or choose to pay at the counter. Orders go to a kitchen display with station filters, and an item marked sold out is hidden online and on the kiosk right away.
Result
Counter staff focus on preparing and handing out orders, and each station only sees the tickets it has to make.
03 · Restaurants with table service

Table-side ordering on a floor plan that matches the room

Challenge
Waiters wrote orders on notepads, walked them to the till and kept track of open tables in their heads, which led to mixed-up bills when guests split the payment.
Approach
The room is drawn in the floor plan designer, optionally on top of an imported DWG or DXF ground plan. Receipts are linked to tables and can be parked and resumed, payments can be split, and staff can start a table-side session on a tablet where guests add their own order without paying on the device.
Result
Everyone sees which tables are open and what they ordered, and split bills are settled without recalculating by hand.
04 · Takeaway & delivery kitchens

Delivery-platform orders without a tablet per platform

Challenge
A takeaway kitchen had a separate tablet for each delivery platform and retyped orders for the kitchen, while menu changes had to be made on every platform separately.
Approach
Orders from Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Takeaway.com are imported directly, with auto-accept and a default preparation time per platform, and menus are synced from the POS. A branded storefront with delivery zones and Mollie or Stripe payments offers a direct ordering channel alongside the platforms.
Result
All orders reach the same kitchen display, the menu is maintained in one place, and direct web orders avoid platform commission.
