Challenge: Sales, purchasing and finance each export their own spreadsheet from a different system every month. Figures do not match and meetings start with discussing whose number is right.
Approach: We connect the ERP, webshop and accounting databases, build a dimensional model with drill-down from group to product, and materialise the results in a database you own. Role-based dashboards replace the monthly exports.

From a Monday spreadsheet to alerts when scrap rises

Challenge: The production manager compiles last week’s output and scrap every Monday from exports. A problem on a line is noticed days after it started.
Approach: Production and ERP data are connected directly and modelled per line and shift. Threshold alerts and anomaly detection notify the team by email, Teams or Slack, and the weekly report goes out automatically as a PDF subscription.
Result: Deviations are flagged while they are happening, and nobody spends Monday morning building the report.

Customer dashboards embedded in your own portal

Challenge: Customers keep asking for figures on their own usage, and the team answers with ad-hoc CSV exports. Building reporting into the product itself was never prioritised.
Approach: We set up embedded dashboards in your portal with your own branding, and separate customers at database level in one multi-tenant installation. Single sign-on through Azure AD, Google or LDAP links the portal users.
Result: Customers find their own figures in the portal, and reporting becomes part of the product rather than a support task.
